I enjoy your article a lot. Thanks for
sharing your nice Tokyo Gourmet trip with us. I plan to take my parents (70 years old) for a self-guided trip in mid-December to Tokyo and Hakone. I wonder if the temperature will be too cold to them. Would you please share your experience with us. Thanks a lot.

enjoyed reading it.
I am visiting the place for few days on Feb. 10th and it really helped me to narrow down the places to visit while I am there.

BTW, your day 6 link seems to be down..

Thank you for posting this up ;)

Just awesome. :) You just saved me tonnes of time doing research. I'll be sure do leave some feedbacks after my trip in August this year (2007)!

I just wished you have one for Kyoto as well. :P

Thanks for sharing your experience in Tokyo and Hakone. Recently I've been searching information on Ichinoyu Honkan. Althought I've already booked one night in Ichinoyu Honkan, but I still very worried about their meals. I've read so many blog or forum over the internet but non of them can give me a better picture of the meal other than you. Thanks.

I'm glad you found the information useful. Ichinoyu Honkan's pricing is really a steal if you compare to its competitors. Don't miss the public bath, and enjoy the braised fish!
